Does Sweet Martha's offer shipping?

Where can I buy Sweet Martha's frozen dough?

You can find our dough in the frozen dessert section of most Twin Cities and greater Minnesota grocery stores, including Target, Hy-Vee and Lunds & Byerlys.

What's the best way to keep my cookies fresh?

What are you waiting for? Since we don’t use preservatives in our dough, our cookies taste best when eaten fresh, within a few days of purchase. To best preserve them, we recommend freezing them for up to six months.

Where can I find nutritional and allergen information?

View our Ingredients Page. Please note that our products are produced in a facility that also produces products containing peanuts and tree nuts.

How many ingredients does Sweet Martha's go through during the fair?

We bake approximately 1 million cookies a day, using about 143,000 pounds of flour, 125,000 pounds of chocolate chips, 197,000 pounds of sugar, and 58,000 pounds of eggs!

Can you ship internationally or process international credit cards?

We don’t offer international shipping or accept credit cards outside of the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order?

It may take up to 4 – 6 weeks for you to receive your item(s) from the time you place your order.

What does pre-order mean?

Pre-order allows shoppers to place orders on items that are not yet released and will be shipped at a later date.

What does limited edition mean?

Only a small batch of items is produced and made available until they’re sold out. These items will not be restocked, making them unique and collectible.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following guidelines:

  • Please email shop@sweetmarthas.com with either “Return” or “Exchange” along with your order number in the subject line.
  • All items being returned or exchanged must be in resalable condition, unworn and unwashed. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued if received items do not meet the criteria.
  • You will be responsible for shipping the items back to us.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged?

We’re so sorry to hear your item arrived in less-than-stellar condition. Please contact shop@sweetmarthas.com and a member of the cookie crew will assist you.

What should I do if I received the wrong item(s)?

We’re so sorry for the mishap. We aim for perfection, but we’re human and sometimes make mistakes. Please contact shop@sweetmarthas.com so we can make it right.

Can I modify my order after I’ve placed it?

Since we have a lean team and because of our anticipated volume, we can’t promise we’ll be able to modify your order. However, please feel free to email shop@sweetmarthas.com and we’ll try our best to accommodate you.

Why was my order canceled?

For limited-edition items, we must limit the purchase to one per customer so other shoppers have a chance to purchase them.

What is the best way to wash the tie dye tees?

Our limited-edition tie-dye tees were garment dyed. Therefore, they should be handwashed inside out in cold water and separately from other items.
