When does the sign up process start? Our first mailing is out around the second week in June.
I would like a friend to apply, what should they do? Send them to www.sweetmarthas.com/application and make sure they mention you as their Sweet Martha’s reference.
If I worked last year do I need to re-apply? No you will get a sign up form in the mail by the end of June. If you do not receive the sign up form, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
I’ve moved since last year. Who do I contact with my new address? You can email email@example.com anytime with contact information changes or fill out the changes on the sign up form.
I’ve received my sign up form, what next? You can follow the link on the form to fill out your availability online or you can fill in the paper form and mail it in. Please note the deadline. If you sign up to work labor day you will be scheduled so please be absolutely sure you can work that day before signing up.
After the sign up deadline it can take one to two weeks for the schedule to be made and sent out.
I’ve received my schedules but there is a problem, what do I do? Contact firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you see the problem.
The paper copy of my schedule is different then the online schedule. Which one is correct? The paper copy is the correct version of your schedule. Contact Katie and she will fix the online schedule for you so it shows correctly.
I need to make a change in my schedule. Who do I contact? Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to change a shift. We depend on you and need as much time as we can to find a replacement. Call or email Katie
What do I do if I am going to be late for my shift? Call and ask to speak with the shift manager at your booth.

Do I get a new shirt every year? What if I need a new one? We don’t give out new shirts each year. If you are in need of a new shirt, speak with your manager on your first shift. Please come a few minutes early so you can be ready by the start time of your first shift.
